MarketBridge University is a formal training program for both new and existing employees. Classes include introductory material for new staff members as well as advanced courses for project managers and officers.

MarketBridge Mentor Program
The MarketBridge Mentor Program connects new staff members with mentors who provide proactive guidance, confidential support, and feedback. The relationship is an essential one, as mentors guide employees through their six-month reviews and represent them at review meetings.
