Candidates may encounter different types of interviews such as behavioral, case, portfolio review, fit, and role-playing. To prepare for this extensive process, we offer the following information:
Strategy Consulting
MarketBridge values your past work experiences and achievements as well as your ability to showcase your thinking and business acumen on the spot through case and behavioral interviews. Case interviews are a particularly valuable way for us to give you viable examples of our work and for you to illustrate how you work through real-world business problems.
Interactive Marketing
We search for candidates with backgrounds in multiple marketing-related areas. Therefore, in addition to behavioral interviews, we often ask candidates to walk us through examples of campaigns or direct-response tactics they have worked on in the past.
Sales
Sales candidates are evaluated through behavioral interviews, role-play assessment, and discussion of general sales processes. Candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of customer needs and come prepared with examples of sales achievements and success stories.
