Business Analyst: Conduct client project work in small teams. Responsibilities include gathering data, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, developing client presentations, and interacting with clients. Applicants should be intellectually stimulated problem solvers with a strong work ethic, solid academic background, and enthusiasm for working in a team environment.

 

Consultant: Own and manage individual workstreams within larger consulting projects. Responsibilities include client research, development of models and frameworks to synthesize data, and collaboration to ensure high-quality deliverables. Applicants should have strong consulting experience and problem-solving skills, and should thrive in unstructured work environments demanding management of multiple, detailed project elements.

 

Associate: Manage client engagements and provide intellectual and task leadership on complex projects. Responsibilities include managing clients and project deliverables, partnering with client teams, driving analysis of customer data, and mentoring junior team members.


Principal: Lead complex projects, employing strategic insight and innovation to drive timely, high-quality project execution. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing client relationships and leading project teams. Applicants should be seasoned professionals able to provide hands-on account management, from planning to design and implementation.


Vice President: Work directly with major clients, managing and developing new and existing accounts. Responsibilities include contributing to the development of MarketBridge intellectual capital and developing at least $3 million in annual project sales. Applicants should have extensive experience in major corporation account development for B2B companies.

 

Interactive Marketing:


Campaign Coordinator: Help deliver marketing execution programs to clients. Responsibilities include assisting with initiation and execution of multi-tactic marketing campaigns, developing awareness and lead-generation programs and assimilating performance results. Applicants should have a desire to understand direct-response marketing and online advertising.


Campaign Manager: Manage partner and vendor relationships and ensure marketing campaigns deliver results. Responsibilities include managing the initiation and execution of multi-tactic marketing campaigns, and developing awareness and lead-generation programs. Applicants should understand the full portfolio of online and offline direct-response media.


Program Manager: Merge proven marketing skills with client management experience to deliver best-in-class marketing programs. Responsibilities include managing multiple multi-tactic direct-response marketing campaigns, providing strategic guidance, and managing Campaign Managers. Applicants should have 7–10 years of marketing campaign management experience..


Account Director: Apply multi-tactic and multimedia marketing strategies to major client accounts. Responsibilities include program design, content management, and development of measurement and analytic strategies. Applicants should have significant experience in creating the strategy and execution plans of large-scale marketing programs across all forms of media.


Vice President: Work directly with major clients to manage and develop new and existing MarketBridge accounts. Responsibilities include contributing to the development of MarketBridge intellectual capital and leading $3 million in annual project sales. Applicants should have extensive experience in major corporate account development for B2B companies.

 

Sales:


Inside Account Executive: Bring entry-level sales experience and enthusiasm for development of a career in sales and marketing. Responsibilities include targeted prospecting and sales to clients, participating in sales and account strategy meetings, and executing on-demand generation campaigns. Applicants should be college graduates with solid business acumen.
