Tim Furey is the Founder and CEO of MarketBridge. Under his leadership, MarketBridge has become the leading provider of technology-enabled B2B marketing and sales performance improvement products and solutions. Mr. Furey led the transformative expansion of MarketBridge from thought-leading, multi-channel consulting firm to a leading provider of end-to-end digital marketing and sales enablement solutions. MarketBridge clients include leading firms in industries such as software (Microsoft, SAP, salesforce.com), hardware (HP, Dell, NetApp), communications (British Telecom, Verizon, Avaya), financial services (Mastercard, HSBC, American Express), and health care (GE, Merck, Humana).
Tim is the author of The Channel Advantage, the definitive guide examining channel strategy and management, a business book best-seller in 2000. Prior to founding MarketBridge, Tim worked with Boston Consulting Group, Mercer Management Consulting, Kaiser Associates and the Marketing Science Institute. Currently, Tim serves on the Board of Directors of Skyworks Solutions (Nasdaq:SWKS), a leading semiconductor manufacturer of wireless telephony applications. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics, cum laude, from Harvard University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Chief Operating Officer
Bashar Mardam-Bey leads global operations for MarketBridge. With 20+ years of experience at MarketBridge, Bashar has a proven track record of client work and operational excellence.
His past project work with MarketBridge includes companies in high-tech, telecommunications, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. Bashar has led various engagements including the re-engineering and execution of global digital demand generation programs; digital go-to-market strategies, and enterprise channel planning.
Bashar runs the firm Operations including Human Resources, Recruiting, Finance, Staffing, Administration and Information Technology functions of MarketBridge globally. He carries European and U.S. citizenship and speaks three languages fluently. He has a passion for growing MarketBridge.
Bashar started his career at CNN America prior to joining MarketBridge. He earned his BSFS at Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service and an Executive Education Certificate in Managing Professional Services Firms from Harvard Business School.
Chief Analytics Officer
As Chief Analytics Officer, Andy leads the marketing data and analytics functions at MarketBridge, joining the firm (for the second time) in 2018. Andy brings 20+ years of marketing strategy, data science, and software development experience to the firm.
Joining MarketBridge in 1997, Andy progressed from Analyst to Senior Vice President over the course of 12 years, launching the analytics practice area. He pioneered methodologies across attribution, insights, and optimization, and built the firm’s original marketing data warehouse. Andy led over 50 engagements with Fortune 500 clients across technology, financial services, life sciences, and consumer, and recruited, developed, and managed the world-class MarketBridge analytics team.
After leaving MarketBridge in 2009, Andy led the product and consulting teams at Collage Group, a marketing strategy firm focused on the most influential consumers in the U.S. While at Collage, Andy launched and ran the VozLatinum bilingual consumer panel; Insights Designer, a SaaS survey analysis platform; and Custom Market Profiler, a geospatial data analytics platform. In a dual role as leader of the professional services team, Andy also recruited and led the analytics consulting and research teams, which provided insights and strategies to the Fortune 1000.
Upon leaving Collage, Andy joined Employee Navigator, a leading benefits administration and HR SaaS platform. While there, Andy led the product team as well the partner data integration team. Andy also served as the analytics center-of-excellence. Andy has a BA from Colgate University, magna cum laude, and an MBA from NYU-Stern with distinction.
Senior Vice President
Mike delivers innovative sales productivity solutions to Fortune 1000 Sales executives and teams using MarketBridge’s PlayCaller™, DigitalPulse™, DigitalAccess™ platforms and services. He delivers practical solutions to direct and indirect sales teams to leverage data analytics and personalized content to arm sales reps to manage the digital customer journey.
Mike brings 24 years of Sales & Marketing strategy, process, and implementation experience to each client challenge. His focus is on innovative solutions that combine traditional sales channels with emerging technologies. His unique point of view is rooted in his work with Fortune 500 executives at global firms including Akamai, American Express, Citigroup, DuPont, Fidelity Investments, General Electric, Goldman Sachs, Hewlett-Packard, Humana, IBM, Marriott, Merck, Microsoft, Xerox and more.
Mike holds a Bachelors of Science in Commerce, cum laude from The McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia.
Senior Vice President
Bill Sheldon is responsible for delivering innovative sales productivity solutions to Fortune 1000 Sales executives and teams in the technology and financial services industries using MarketBridge’s PlayCaller™ platform.
Prior to rejoining MarketBridge, Bill spent 4 ½ years as the Chief Solutions Officer at Angoss Software, where he had overall responsibility for the design, development and deployment of predictive analytic solutions. Before that, Bill held the positions of Vice President of Marketing Solutions for Paradyz Analytics, a multi-channel marketing services agency, and Chief Operating Officer for CFM Partners, a leading provider of SaaS compliance risk management solutions to the financial services industry.
While at MarketBridge previously, Bill led our Technology Sector and our Decision Sciences practices for nearly 14 years, working with leading technology clients such as Microsoft and IBM. Bill began his career at Accenture in the Washington, DC office.
Bill holds a BS from the University of Virginia, and a Masters of Business Administration from the American University in Washington, DC.
Lane is a VP at MarketBridge where he leads in innovative digital marketing strategies and content platform creation. Lane’s current focus is in leading the development, marketing and evolution of MarketBridge’s DigitalAccess™ and DigitalPulse™ solutions. With over 15 years of digital marketing experience, Lane’s focuses his time helping clients surface strategic digital intel and more relevant content and processes for smarter product, campaign and content marketing initiatives.
While at MarketBridge, Lane’s clients have included Citibank, Wells Fargo, BrightHouse Networks, Office Depot, BMC and Flowserve, Inc. Prior to MarketBridge Lane served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Vantage Strategy where his clients included PriceWaterHouseCoopers, The World Bank, until a shift in focus on travel where he led digital strategies for the Mexico Tourism Board as well as the tourism boards for Las Vegas, Orlando, New York and Washington D.C.
Lane holds dual BS degrees from Salisbury University and the University of Maryland ES, as well as his Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Melanie brings over 15 years of direct response experience to the MarketBridge team and is a tireless advocate for helping our clients improve their B2B and B2C marketing and sales initiatives.
She has a record of improving results such as increased lead generation, higher conversion rates, lowered cost-per-lead as well as elevated customer engagement through targeted content. Her experience spans the Retail, Financial, and Technology and Healthcare industries.
Prior to MarketBridge, Melanie held SVP and VP of Marketing roles within competitive sales and digital publishing industries where she garnered multi-channel experience in digital marketing, email, direct mail, and television. In those roles she was accountable for lead gen, subscription conversions, sales pipeline and customer retention. Melanie also spent years managing several subscription publications, working with editors and copywriters to curate paid as well as free content for consumers.
Jasmine Cook is primarily responsible for leading the development and execution of lead nurture, sales enablement and marketing acceleration programs.
