Digital Marketing Manager


MarketBridge seeks a highly motivated individual with marketing execution and demand generation experience to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager will help develop and manage the execution of all outbound marketing programs for MarketBridge’s solutions and services while working closely with our VP team. We’re looking for someone with a “growth hacker” mindset that has the ability to work independently, think on their feet, creatively solve problems, and execute campaigns.

About the Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager will be a part of the Revenue Enablement Team and work closely with our Corporate Marketing Director and Vice Presidents to promote our solutions and services to expand MarketBridge’s footprint within the market. The successful candidate will:

  • Coordinate the development, creative writing, design, approval, production, and distribution of all demand generation marketing activities and content with senior leadership
  • Manage the execution of B2B campaigns (through Pardot/Salesforce) to build pipeline, and generate Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Build collateral for lead generation and nurturing tactics (emails, sales plays, webinars, events, 3rd party promotional tactics, retargeting) to expand our marketable contact database
  • Actively evaluate multiple channels/tactics and not be afraid to try something new / “test the waters” on what could deliver greater marketing ROI
  • Oversee and actively manage the firm’s website content and collateral
  • Update and refresh ongoing campaign and content calendar to ensure all is delivered in line with the agreed strategy, plan and budget
  • Assist in website publishing and cataloging of digital marketing collateral and materials for our solutions

Expectations and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will come to MarketBridge with: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing campaign execution experience preferably directed to Fortune 1000 prospects
  • Creative writing experience in developing and collaborating on white papers, case studies, infographics, blogs and more.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns using digital and traditional media, email marketing, social media (LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus), PR, SEM (Retargeting Ads a plus), web and live events.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a deadline-driven environment

6 months+ technical experience in:

  • Marketing Automation (Pardot or Marketo preferred)
  • (or other CRM system)
  • WordPress (or other CMS system)
  • Design or editing with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Web analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
  • Strong mastery of Microsoft Office tools (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
