MarketBridge is a leading consulting firm/agency specializing in market intelligence, analytics, sales enablement and lifecycle marketing. We work with Fortune 1000 companies across industries such as high tech, financial services, and health care.

MarketBridge is looking for an experienced Marketing Account Manager (preferably with agency experience) to lead program strategy and execution for our Fortune 1000 clients.  Working closely with the SVP of Marketing, you’ll lead an internal project team on a broad range of marketing program work designed to help our clients acquire new customers. Program work may include messaging frameworks, digital contact strategies, buyer journey mapping and/or sales enablement and playbooks.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lifecycle Marketing and Sales Enablement – Program Design and Execution

  • Lead team and client in designing strategic, multi-channel marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and/or retention across a broad range of channels, such as digital (email, social media), traditional (direct mail) and field (local events).
  • Build and manage content marketing efforts, such as developing sales playbooks, inbound lead generation campaigns, and/or messaging frameworks.
  • Oversee tagging, tracking and measuring of marketing campaigns and sales collateral performance.
  • This is a heavy execution role, so you must be willing to roll up your sleeves and execute as well as lead a team on a day-to-day basis.

Project Management

  • Lead multiple project timelines and workstreams, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. You will be managing a minimum of two projects at any given time.
  • Manage ongoing client-facing status meetings, providing progress reports, key milestones and performance to goal. You must be an effective communicator, comfortable speaking 1:1 with clients – both F2F and via conference call.
  • Proactive problem-solving of project speedbumps, client challenges and process hiccups.

Team Leader and Company Ambassador

  • Lead and collaborate with project teams, including executive leadership, to build strategic recommendations and develop client presentations and deliverables.
  • Conduct research and surface relevant insights sourcing from competitive benchmarks, client interviews, industry leaders, and other subject matter experts.
  • Contribute to making MarketBridge more innovative, our teams more creative, and our clients more successful.

Background and Skills

The ideal candidate will come to MarketBridge with:

Marketing requirements

  • 5-8+ years of marketing experience (preferably B2B) with 2+ years of experience managing people/teams
  • Expertise in at least two of the following areas: email marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, sales enablement
  • Able to analyze marketing results to surface recommendations
  • General knowledge of Adobe stack, Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics) and/or Google Platform, a big plus

Leadership requirements

  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, think on your feet, problem solve and plan with limited direction
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage and support both junior staff members as well as senior leadership

Project management requirements

  • Establishing and managing ongoing project timelines – identifying areas of friction
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must have a love of continuous learning, and willingness to test new tools and techniques
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, as well as project collaboration tools such as Trello and Slack

Agency experience preferred
