MarketBridge is a leading consulting firm/agency specializing in market intelligence, analytics, sales enablement and lifecycle marketing. We work with Fortune 1000 companies across industries such as high tech, financial services, and health care.

MarketBridge is looking for a Marketing Consultant (preferably with agency experience) to support program strategy and execution for our Fortune 1000 clients.  Working closely with your project teams, you’ll help lead workstreams on a broad range of marketing program work designed to help our clients acquire new customers. Program work may include messaging frameworks, digital contact strategies, buyer journey mapping and/or sales enablement and playbooks.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing and Sales Enablement – Program Design and Execution

  • Work with team to support strategic, multi-channel marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and/or retention across a broad range of channels, such as digital (email, social media), traditional (direct mail) and field (local events)
  • Support content marketing efforts, such as developing sales playbooks or messaging frameworks and/or developing content and collateral needed to engage prospects throughout the buyer journey
  • Conduct research and surface relevant insights sourcing from competitive benchmarks, client interviews, industry leaders, and other subject matter experts
  • Interpret data and results as well as research to surface opportunities and recommendations
  • Lead and manage marketing operations related to email and direct mail – including tagging, tracking and quality assurance
  • This is a heavy execution role, so you must be willing to roll up your sleeves and execute, as well as lead specific workstreams on a day-to-day basis.

Project Management

  • Lead project workstreams, including timelines, deliverables and client follow-ups, ensuring a successful client engagement
  • Support manager with ongoing client-facing status meetings, providing progress reports, key milestones and performance to goal for your workstreams. You must be an effective communicator, comfortable speaking with clients.
  • Help manage vendor briefs and deliverables; Perform as a liaison internally between Program Managers, creative teams, vendors, and externally to the client
  • Proactively problem-solve project speedbumps, client challenges and process hiccups

Qualifications

Expectations

  • 3-5 years of applicable experience in agency or professional services (e.g., consulting, advertising), sales and marketing, or project and program management
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas: email marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, sales enablement
  • Team-player with a positive attitude, always striving for greatness in our client work, with the ability to also work independently, think on your feet, problem-solve and plan with limited direction
  • Ability to work on multiple workstreams at one time, under tight deadlines
  • Willing to become well-versed in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Must be insatiably curious with a love of continuous learning and applying new tools and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-tactic online campaigns, a big plus
  • Experience with project management/collaboration tools (e.g. Trello, Teams, Slack, etc.), a plus
  • General knowledge of any of the following: Adobe stack, Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics) and/or Google Platform, a plus
  • Experience with eLearning or LMS tools such as Articulate, a plus
